Monitor profitability, cost structures, and ROI on key investments. Liaise with accountants, auditors, and financial institutions as needed. 6. Talent Acquisition & HR Identify staffing needs and lead the hiring process, including onboarding and training. Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws. Manage team performance and development plans. 7. Logistics & Supply Chain Management Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain logistics. Ensure timely delivery of raw materials e.g., feed, supplies and finished dairy products. Optimize distribution strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs.
