Worked as National Humanitarian Affairs Officer HAO in UNDP Pakistan for flood affected areas 2010-11 Punjab and Sindh till September 30, 2012. Before UNDP, I worked as National HAO in UNOCHA for Punjab flood affected areas 2010 during the emergency and early recovery phase. Worked as Operational Manager KPK + AJK in Earthquake Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Authority ERRA, Prime Minister Secretariat, Islamabad since April 01, 2009 till August 31, 2010.Also worked as District Programme Manager DPM Shangla, Khyber Pukhtoon Khwa KPK in ERRA from March 14, 2008 till March 31, 2009. Before that worked as Sociologist / Community Development Officer in National Engineering Services NESPAK Head Office Lahore from December 15, 2005 till March 12, 2008. Following are the few points to elaborate that why I am applying for this job: Motivation: • It’s my wish to work as Team Leader, Country Representative / Coordination Officer with INGOs, BHC, EU, DFID, USAID & UN. • All my previous jobs are related to be a part of the culture working for. So, I know about all Pakistani culture, traditions and Govt/Non Govt/Civil Societies setups. Personal Strengths: • Having excellent interpersonal, self-organising and communication skills. • Full knowledge of political scenario, state institutions and key influencers in all Pakistan. • Have seen all Pakistan Four provinces + Northern Areas + AJK. • Can coordinate excellent with all political setups, Govt. line departments and all other stakeholders / civil society groups in Pakistan. • Outstanding command of English, Urdu, Pashto and so many local other languages. Evidence of Knowledge: • Since my childhood, taking part voluntarily in social activities at local level. • Later on, I remained president/chair/chief executive of different political s at different levels. • Studied different courses related to community, administration and got excellent score in it. • As my all jobs are related to coordinate with Govt / National and International NGOs / Stakeholders / Civil Societies / Local Influencing People, I did outstanding at all levels. Experience: • Knowledge of Pakistani politics, state institutions, and key influencers essential. • Awareness/experience of interacting with political parties, Govt. line departments and civil society groups all over Pakistan. Examples: • During my academic and jobs career, so many issues and problems were raised at different places regarding different reasons, always I took initiative to solve these issues and problems with cool and healthy ways. • My teachers / colleagues / local influencers always appreciated whatever I did for good sake of my institutions / departments I am working for. • Always faced Govt / Non Govt Departments / Media / Private Institutions with proper and well-mannered ways to satisfy them with answering their every type of questions. I have eight 08 years full time experience, approximately all over Pakistan, especially KPK in development sector. Also worked part time in various multidisciplinary projects with various organizations, i.e., NRB, CIET, CIDA, DFID, SDA and IUCN from time to time in all districts of KPK & FATA. I have strong qualities of leadership, communication and very well known about all areas of Pakistan. Also having very strong management and administrative skills.
