To, The Future Boss It’s an urgent need to have a job as I am responsible person and looking after a family of 06 dependents at the age of 49 years after quitting a banks job. After completion of my metric education in 1988 in the age of 15 years I started to find work and I got it as a cashier in a hotel Rawal Restaurant, at Islamabad International Airport. Studies were continued and for further professional skills I got admission in a professional studies institute New Oxford Commercial College and learnt the typing, shorthand, air ticketing, basic English language and short computer courses like Word Star 4, Lotus 123 and D-base III. Same knowledge transferred to their new comer students and job was started as an instructor of these basic professional studies till 1992. In September 1992 National Logistic Cell hired me as a computer operator for their Kharian Rawalpindi Additional Carriageway KRAC, it was a high level learning opportunity for me from Almighty Allah to learn discipline with Armed Forces highly qualified, intellectuals and hardworking people. It was life changing road to me. The position had made as an expert of engineering while no degree of such a road construction work, the conversion of manual working to IT base databases that set me close to BOQ department and Draft Mans which made me a Progress Reports Furnisher. The motorway projects were also initiated and our regular visits to share the knowledge with Korean engineers were a tremendous experience for 19 year’s boy till October 1994. The Sumitomo Corporation Japan Pakistan based office in Islamabad required the services of a Progress Report Furnisher for their “BLT B” project of 100,000 lines for PTCL. Nature again blessed me the opportunity to work with the top ranking hardworking people of Japan in 1994. Studies were continued and crossed the success and failures processes. Transmissions related knowledge was being gathered and sharing in form of progress reports was making me expert and the organization made me maintenance attendance even after their departure from Pakistan till the completion of project in 1997. After Sumitomo’s completion maintenance period I started my own learning institution Ali Baba Computers ABC in Chaklala Rawalpindi. In the meanwhile I received a call from Askari Bank Ltd for their new opening branch in Abbottabad. It was once again a new challenge for me to serve for a banking sector and in a new place. My father encouraged me to accept it, and I did. It `was June 24, 1997 when working first time with a bank in a cool, cloudy and full of mountains Abbottabad. Being a System Administrator I had to learn each department’s functions as it was an order to me from branch manager. Being an aggressive BOSS he was really a sincere man especially to me. First time I learnt the dress coding, code of ethics, team work, back office working and customer dealing with different types of people. The last 15 years dealing with eCIB Electronic Credit Information Bureau from total 25 years of experience in banking were highly sensitive and risky. I opted for VSS Voluntary Separation from Services when I was In Charge of eCIB Department, by utilizing the all previous experiences the branch creation, it’s data collection, supporting in system maintenance, consolidation of all borrowers related data and it’s submission to State Bank of Pakistan was my core responsibility. In this connection I also had to deal with Audit Companies, Rating agencies and Private Data Bureaus as well.
