Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and financial reports for Manager. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions. Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures. Prepare Funds Flow Statement for future fund requirement and to assist Manager for Working Capital Management. Obtain details of cash and bank receipts from accounts receivable including inward and outward clearing cheques. Obtain details of unpresented and uncleared cheques from accounts receivable. Prepare funds flow statement based upon the data gathered from accounts payable and receivable. Prepare working capital requirement report for Manager. Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations. As for Oversee Manual Team of Accounts & daily others assignments assigned by Director as well as Manager.
