BUILDING Complete leveling layout work used Total Station & Leveling instrument for footing foundations, concrete cost of grade slab, columns, beams, alignment of retaining walls in let & out let points. The Project involves extensive construction of new utility services in to specified reservations for water, electrical, telephone and internet lines, irrigation, drainage and street lighting with two storm water drainage pumping stations. Site Works including access roads, boundary walls, irrigation system. Construction of one unit two-story light office building with floor area meters. Perform survey layout of all structures to be constructed, providing reference line sand points to the construction team. Excavation work for identifying pipes, finding location & marking according to the specified drawings by using Total Station and Level. Set out building units, streets, walk way, chiller pads, transformer pads, parking area foundation and networking system of cameras. Prepare survey reports, miscellaneous drawing, sketches and as built to be submitted for design purposes and quantity calculation. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES Layout of piles, footings, columns and girders as per drawings. Mark the elevation of footings, column, girders, and parapet wall sand deck slab as per sections. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at bridge sites. Director conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deed sand titles. Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features. Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain. Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to bridge survey INFRA-STRUCTURE Layout of sewerage line, storm line, portable water line and fire water line as per drawings. Mark the elevation of excavation, top of sand, invert level, top of pipe and backfill as per sections. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability formwork performed. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at sites. Prepare profile of sewerage line, storm line, portable water line and fire water. Prepare red line drawing of sewerage line, storm line, portable waterline and fire water.
