HR Department Management Trainee & Job Program 2017 I am hereby applying as a potential candidate for the Management Trainee & job Program 2017 advertised in career section on company website. Being an opportunist, believing in pragmatic line of action I have a bird eye glimpse over each and every chance available for prospering.The organization of such programs to encourage the students to involve in sound mental and analytical activities keep them constantly in touch with management and training standards. I am studying my Final year of Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering in NFC-Institute of Engineering&Fertilizer Research,Faisalabad(UET Lahore) I have furnished many technical and non-technical projects both indoor and outdoor, by my leadership, cooperative and communicative skills. I am currently member of University’s IDS Society, hence I formulated the Event Management, Time Quadrant and Economic Plan of Society which will be beneficial for upholding sessions of university in subsequent years. Also, I am the part of several organizations within the university and outside the university such as Blood Donors Society, Student Guidance Society Sahiwal & Engineering and Medical colleges Admission Group. I am also the principal of THE MILLAT SCHOOL SYSTEM. With these segments of my life I am learning a lot of experience consist of public relations, finance, marketing, analytical approach to problems, decision making, team work, management. In the broader sense, the course content of my studies helped me a lot, comprises of many management subjects such as entrepreneurship, total quality management, industrial safety & environment, engineering economics, operations research etc. PMI has contributed significantly through efficient utilization from minimal leaf to optimum product thus carrying all necessary research and development factors in manufacturing, finance, supply-chain, HR, Sales and Marketing.
