Muqadas Saghir
My name is Muqadas Saghir. Im dedicated and hardworking individual committed to applying a blend of innovative thinking and HR knowledge to streamline HR processes and drive sustainable growth. I did internship at Pakistan agriculture research council in July 2023 where I gained valuable hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the recruitment department honing my skills and gaining valuable insights into the talent acquisition processes. At PARC I actively contributed to various recruitment initiatives including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing and on boarding support which enhanced by understanding of effective candidate sourcing and selection techniques. Moreover I undertook an internship position at Smart School in February 2019 where I served as a primary teacher during that internship I was engaged in the dynamic environment of primary education working closely with students to facilitate their learning and development. This experience provided valuable insights into classroom management, students and teachings methodologies and the importance of posting a supportive learning environment. I actively collaborated with fellows educators and school administrators to contributes to the holistic educational experience of the students.
