My qualification is Master in Business Administration with major in Finance. My experience in various development projects in Pakistan with different national & international donors and Government (Federal, Provincial & FATA Secretariat) being working on community development, humanitarian assistance, liaison & coordination, aligns well with the requirements you are seeking. My 21 years of experience, covers full project cycle such as project design, implementation, supervision, monitoring & evaluation, program & financial management. I am highly skilled in proposal writing, program and activities planning, budget development and project report writing. Thorough understanding of Provincial (KP) set up and tactical priorities. Well-developed network of senior management contacts and have the ability to liaise in a cordial and strategic priorities. My last assignment was USAID's Civilian Victim Support Program (CVSP), wherein, I was directly reporting to Chief of Party on Program relevant matters (MOU/NOC etc). Responsible for liaison & coordination with government counterparts (Federal and Provincial/KP) and relevant stakeholders, who involved in the project cycle management for well informed decisions, improved service delivery and to ensure government support for program activities. Advise senior management on programmatic strategies and development of regional strategic plans for the overall program. Assist the senior management in developing various tracking tools for implementation and monitoring of the program activities. My responsibilities also included representing the said program on Provincial (KP) & FATA level and to develop government understanding and ownership for the program. Remained involve with Provincial Government and FATA Secretariat in supporting development of policies and strategies to address the needs of the beneficiaries in both regions. My experience also covers issuance of project & travel NOCs from relevant agencies, preparation & signing of MOUs, active role in the formation of project steering committees & working groups at Provincial & FATA secretariat level, visa and permits renewal/issuance. I am naturally very social, cheerful, capable, adaptable individual with good interpersonal, communication and team skills which has helped me to maintain good relations in the Government at Provincial, District and FATA secretariat level.
