Job summary: Programme Implementation: I had engaged in preparation of project framework on yearly and monthly basis, assessed more than 16 health care facilities both NGO running and Department of Health Govt. for gap analyses staff capacity, equipment availability, waste management arrangement, gender responsive areas specifications, affordability and accessibility of health care services for local communities. Data analysis and community visits in order to identify current need of community and disease burden in the areas. Communication and Information: I have conducted more than 100 collaboration and coordination meetings with stakeholders at district and Provincial level like Department of Health, PPHI, Expended Programme on Immunization, National Programme on Family Planning and Population welfare and small scale NGOs like Red Crescent, Save the Children etc.,) to successfully implementation of the programme activities in the respective areas of funded programme. I had presented the programmatic presentations before donors and local bodies for progress updates, shared challenges and proposed solutions those hindered project implementation Capacity Building: I have conducted more than 50 trainings as a facilitator and trained more 500 health care providers (doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Lady health visitors) on the following thematic areas: a) reproductive health care (RHC) b) family planning, c) integrated management of neonatal an childhood illness (IMNCI), d) Nutrition, e) Expended Program on Immunization. Behavior Change Communication (BCC): I have identified more 200 community based health workers (LHWs, CHWs, TBAs and volunteers) through community mapping and trained them on BCC and screening of malnourished through Mid-Upper Arm circumference (MUAC) measurement, they further replicate their knowledge and skills improving awareness of communities regarding to adopt positive practices and eliminate negatives in order to improve health of communities specifically mother child bearing age and children under five year. Monitoring and evaluation: Monitoring and reviewing the progress of project activities through standard checklists , feedbacks and discussions with the project team. Report generation: I had fully responsible to generate quantitative and narrative forms of progress reports which were submitted to relevant donors, on the basis of those reports donor allow their next fund for project activities. Success of the project: The current project was for five years, due effective utilization of project fund donor was happily transfer fund every year. Once the said project ambassador was visited and highly appreciated of project strategy by the project team should be adopted in another countries
