Inspect completed work for compliance before approving or rejecting the WIR. Material Inspection Requests MIRs Review and verify materials delivered to the site through MIRs. Ensure materials conform to project specifications, samples, and approvals. Mock-up & Sample Approval Inspect mock-ups and material samples on-site for compliance with design intent. Document accepted/rejected materials with justification. Maintain daily site reports, inspection logs, and photographic records. Coordinate with quality control and construction teams during inspections. Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to resolve conflicts at site. Review project plans and specifications related to precast element installation. Develop erection plans, including sequencing, lifting procedures, and equipment requirements. Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders for site access and preparation. Coordination with the Client and Contractor. Prepares design concept/ proposal for new or renovation of structure. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the clients needs. Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans. Working closely with a team of other professionals such as project managers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors and Site supervisor.
