As a freelancer, our primary responsibility is to identify and attract qualified candidates for technical positions within an organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop job descriptions and job specifications, and to create sourcing strategies for attracting top talent. IT technical recruiter requires strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of the technical skills and competencies required for each role. You will also need to be familiar with various recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, monster etc, to ensure that you are able to reach a broad and diverse pool of potential candidates. Once you have identified and screened potential candidates, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, providing feedback to candidates, and negotiating offers with successful candidates.
