Someone with a lot of patience, a genuine passion for kids, and team management skills is needed for this role. Its incredibly fulfilling to teach these little kids and watch the delight on their faces whenever they learn something new. I have the qualifications to hold this teaching post in addition to my enthusiasm to work with these kids. I completed a Montessori diploma programme, and I have taught for 16 years in Pakistan and 1.5 years in Dubai as a KG teacher following the EYFS curriculum. I have a masters degree in human resource management and a bachelors degree in commerce. I am currently pursuing a B.Ed. Additionally, Im enrolled in short SEN and ABA classes at National Academy. I currently work as a KG2 teacher and oversee the subjects of moral values, UAE social studies, and literacy/phonics. Along with the lesson plan and accompanying PowerPoint, all 380 kindergarten students receive teaching materials such as worksheets, activity packs, and flash cards. These resources also help and direct the teacher and assistant teacher in carrying out the lesson in accordance with the plan. I have experience working with kids who have dietary allergies, and I know what to do in case of an emergency. Given how many kids suffer from these kinds of allergies, this is crucial. Additionally, I am skilled at observing the kids and identifying developmental delays or emotional difficulties in them. Childrens early exploration of their environment and social skill development contribute significantly to their eventual growth as healthy, well-adjusted adults. Games, fiction and non-fiction stories, open-ended play, mixed media play, OLA, learning stations, little chef, and young scientist activities are all effective teaching methods for children at this age.
