I am having 15 years of working experience in different department, Administration, Logistics.My current job responsibilities are . • Taking telephone calls & keep record of all out going calls. • Maintain all Incoming & out going mail record. • maintain stationery record. • Maintain leave record for the local staff in Islamabad. • Tracking utility bills. • Maintain Employee record for employee ID cards. • Updated staff contact list and internal extension list. • Maintain record for staff emergency contact numbers in case of emergency for security department. • Maintain log of staff movements on daily bases. • Preparing staff In & Out sheet monthly for the security department. • Making arrangement for meeting, staff birthdays, official functions. • Making purchase request form and GRN and maintain record. • Any other duty assigned by supervisor. Logistics Responsibilities: • Carryout hotel bookings and room reservations at guest houses for all MEDA staff traveling to field and other locations • Organising official events, training in Islamabad or different areas of Pakistan. • Arrange and conduct airport pickup of foreign staff, guests & visitors. • Process hotel invoices/ bills for timely payment. • Keep travel track of all the MEDA members traveling to field/ outside Islamabad. • Initiate PRs and submit to Procurement Officer for any purchase/ procurement related to Security & Logistics Department • Maintain guest houses/hotels updated data base and ensure it is regularly updated. • Ensure that all MEDA vehicles are well maintained for the provision of timely and efficient services. • Compilation and dissemination of Security related matters to MEDA members in consultation with Security & Logistic Manager. • Support backup to Security & Logistics Officer in his absence. • Any other task assigned by Security & Logistic Manager.
