I am interested in taking this Job because of my deep love for travelling and communicating with others. I have been travelling all over the world, and in some cases, I lived there for many years. For example, I lived in Italy for seventeen years, and three in Scotland. I have also been studying and then working in the travel and tourism industry: back in Pakistan, I have been awarded a certificate in Air Ticketing and Tariff and Passenger Handling Certification. This certificate has thought me many different practical experiences, such as IT knowledge, as well as customer service. I have put these skills into practice when I began to work for "Sohni Travels", between 1994-1997. I was an international travel consultant; I have been dealing with my clients, by using Reepak, Amadeus, etc. Furthermore, I have mastered in calculating complex tariffs, involving different airlines and services. I gained a rich understanding of what the clients needs are, and how to effectively meet their desires, as well as practising my customer service skills and knowledge. I have also been working in Italy, as a mediator. I have gained different skills, such as the ability to comprehend different cultures and languages, working in a team as well as independently, and learning how to be efficient while under pressure. My hobbies follow my interest in the travel and tourism background: as previously mentioned, I enjoy travelling all over the world. I lived in Pakistan, Italy, Switzerland and the UK. I have visited the US, Sri Lanka, France, and many more places. I have learnt different languages; I have been actively practising them in my jobs. Because of my travelling experiences, I have gained a strong interest in public relation, and current affairs. I regularly follow the news, to keep up with the various things happening all over the world. I have a passion for photography and nature, philosophy, national and international politics and space, reading a book as well as writing poetries; I have been taking pictures and written poetries of my travelling.
