I have experience informal and non-formal education, gender parity, inclusion, health, research, management, grants and entrepreneurship development, project management strategy, participatory reflection and action PRA, health & nutrition, and emergency preparedness, as well as accomplishing outcomes and form value by conceptualizing strategic initiatives to propel achievement of program management goals, streamline operations, and maximize staff performance. Please consider the following highlights of my achievements: • Successfully consolidated andreviewed the primary curriculum of AJK on gender perspective as a co-consultant with a partner and worked with more than 2700 PTCs Parents Teacher Councils in KP and Baluchistan area • Streamlined andtrained 65 teachers in Tehsil Kalam onteacher training, syllabus development, Immunization and polio campaign and worked on WASH, family planning, Inclusion and hygiene in KP including; Kalam, Bahrain, Kohistan, Batagram, Abbottabad, and Lachi Kohat. • Significantly improved Gender mainstreaming, analysis and imparted various training to local CBOs, NGOs, Trance Gender TGs, PWDs and Government staff members; coordinated above 2700 Parent Teachers School Management Committees PTSMCs. • Headed and participated in above 50 training workshops and imparted more than 170 trainings to staff and stakeholders.
