Conducting site inspections snagging/de snagging, conditional assessment of assets, assess HSE and operational risk and reporting to the MEP Engineer. Meeting, reporting client at regular intervals to maintain good communication and report with client and clients team. Observe and report the snagging report on the daily basis for construction failure and pending works. Attending the daily basis ETS plant room reading, specific areas temperature reading and submitting to the Supervisor. Overseeing the coordination, planning and actions to MEP technical service delivery. Responsible to complete all planned PPM work orders on monthly basis, and daily CM within the KPI. Attending the escalations, emergencies and resolve all customer complaints, preparing the technical reports with root cause. Contributing to the development of a customer focused service and a positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationship with client, client representatives. Run the daily maintenance operations of the property and buildings under supervision of the MEP Supervisor. Inspect property and buildings for life/safety issues and take immediate corrective action. Identify building maintenance needs, prioritize work and take corrective actions. Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision. Perform a full range of skilled building maintenance for extended periods of time. Repair and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment. Read and interpret sketches, drawings, diagrams and blueprints. Establish and maintain professional and cooperative working relationships with those contacted during work. Process work orders in a timely fashion, to the satisfaction of the project Client. Receive general supervision from MEP Supervisor and MEP Engineer. Responsible for takeover and handover of the ready areas of the Buildings. Providing daily logs including daily scheduled and nonscheduled work sheets and equipment PMs.
