I have got professional experience of 12 years in both development & private sectors of Pakistan. My expertise includes Administration, Business Analysis, Coordination, Communication, Facilitation, Multi-Sectorial Data Collection, Monitoring Evaluation, Operations, Project Planning Procurement, Public Dealing and Rehabilitation. During these projects I was given the responsibility to liaise between international organizations and GOP in KPK, Sindh, Punjab, Baluchistan and Government of AJK. From 2009 till 2019 I worked in private sector as Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Finance Manager, Manager Operations, Manager Administration/Technical and Business Development Manager for different private firms. My primary responsibilities were to improve the firms’ market position and achieve financial growth, define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate, close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. I was assigned to work with the internal team to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for my organization. To achieve this, I identified and targeted potential new customers on daily basis. I was responsible for managing relations with existing clients and ensured they stayed satisfied and gave positive feedback. I ensured organizational effectiveness by providing continuous support to the organizations financial functions, development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. I was responsible for data management, accounts payable, payroll, report entry, helping and creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration.
