My name is Sobia Iqbal. I am a research scholar, certified British Council facilitator and had been selected as a Researcher for the USA Partnership Program between George Mason University and the University of Karachi, Department of Public Administration. Currently, I am serving as Principal and acting Project Director at Sindh Schooling System Welfare Foundation Akhuwat adopted Korangi Public School. I have been involved in teaching, training; facilitating, coaching and consulting with the intention of dramatically increase in Personality development, productivity, and the performance of people. I believe in creative thinking, imagination, execution, motivation, dreams and to create the work place successful, self-reliable and productive. I have driven the school management by sharing the overall responsibility, contributing from the grassroots level including the infra-structure, school amenities, administrative and management policies, building capacity, school transformation, crafting a conducive learning environment, developing communicative relations with school stakeholders, developing professional attitudes in academic staff, personalized counseling sessions and liaising to academic’s success with quality education. Fast-paced solutions, creative techniques and innovative ideas coupled with my expertise in Administrative and Management capacities facilitated me as a fully dedicated and passionate individual. My areas of specialization are Management, Administration and Human Resource Practices. My main focus lies on the Training and Development of the Human Resources, keeping them motivated and equiped with the latest knowledge of their field. I have worked as a visiting lecturer at the University of Karachi and a number of other affiliated and private institutions; furthermore, I gained expert training experience by sharing my knowledge in many public and private organizations. I believe in the art of Learn, De-learn and Re-learn. This belief is forcing me to share my knowledge at grass root level from where the personalities develops. I have solely organized summits, conferences, and a number of advanced certification courses at the University of Karachi. I have a university degree in Public Administration. Currently, I am enrolled in a Ph.D. program and submitted my Ph.D. dissertation and expecting my PhD viva in Oct 2020 at the University of Karachi.
