Monitoring the three Literacy Projects and monitoring team for smooth function and reporting to Head Office.Monthly meeting with District Education Officer discussion all the school problems highlighted by the monitoring team. In PAF having vast experience as Assistant Warrant Officer Office In Charge and as a Quality Inspector in quality assurance program / quality assurance control.Approve incoming materials by confirming visual and measurement test.Approve in process production by confirming specification conducting visual and measurement test.Approve finished products and documents inspection after completion. Vast experience of 04 years office management as an In charge Technical Order Distribution Office. Manages and directs all of the Librarys activities, including reference, circulation, collection development, cataloguing and community programs; oversees and approves special events, adult programs and childrens activities.It includes decision making and getting the work done by others. The five fundamental management functions are: Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Leading and Controlling.
