Seeking a quality environment where my knowledge can be shared and enriched for the growth of the organization and self.  Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems for users of the Personal Computer software and hardware, internet and new computer technology.  Delivers, tags, sets up and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals.  Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, WLAN and LAN access problems.  Able to provide a full range of support and client relationship services ranging from first through to third line support and customer on-site visits.  Able to work independently and within a team- spirited environment.  Good knowledge and understanding of the network infrastructure and protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP etc.  Desktop PCs, Laptops and Peripherals hands-on experience for both hardware and software.  Install LAN cabling systems and equipment such as NIC, HUB and SWITCH.  Expertise in medium/large sized LAN/WAN design/configuration & implementation wireless network design/configuration & implementation, strong working knowledge on Wide Area Networks WANs Professional hands on experience in designing cable and wireless networks, structured network cabling such as STP, UTP, coaxial etc., installation and configuration of LAN, WAN and wireless networks with active components such as routers, switches, firewalls, modems, access points, repeaters etc.  Strong hands on experience in Windows 2003/2008 server administration with Active directory, ISA server 2004/2006 administration,  Quick learner with ability to grasp new technologies, both software and hardware. Proven ability to work under pressure and team environment. Fluent in English, reading, speaking and writing. Willing to relocate.  Strong hands on experience in Installation and configuration of PABX Telephone System  Strong hands on experience in MS Office Word, Excel, Power point, internet
