Have worked at various shutdowns & Projects in United Arab Emirates, Qatar , Azar baijan Russia & Libya ,accomplished targets of various major plant Overhauls of refinery, Gas & Urea plants. Study of P&ID and piping plans, struc-ture & procedures to develop the work plans for site. Also having hands on plant maintenance experience and fully recognize that remedial maintenance is subject to operational faults, preventive to minimize or eliminate the production loss due to emergency mal operations, predictive measurements are taken to utilize maximum value of cost paid for parts and capital investment. Also having extensive field experience, knowledge of specific operations in the equipment, exposure to anticipate secure running schedules and prediction of fault free operations. Foremost errands include Major Overhauls of Static Equipments, Column, Heat Exchangers, Rebuilders, vessels & condensers. Modifications in running oil & gas plants, development of construction scope of work and procedures, sequence of activities to be per-formed with operation and safety of plants, Brownfield maintenance and modification projects as well as some Greenfield projects including platforms.
