After retirement from Army I was employed as Director Human Resources at Headquarters National Logistics Cell; General Headquarters, Rawalpindi for 4 years and I had completed contract tenure on 31st December 2014. I completed my Masters Degree MBA-HR in the year 2010 and then pursued MS leading to PhD in Management Sciences from Riphah International University Islamabad in the year 2010-2011 which was successfully completed in June 2014 with CGPA 4 out of 4. On the successful completion of MS I got enrolled in the PhD program offered by Foundation University, Rawalpindi Campus and completed Course Work with CGPA 4 out of 4 and Thesis is in progress. I feel very proud to state that I have attained First Division throughout my academic career. I am proficient and well versed with computer and its applications. I completed two years contract with KP Ehtesab Commission on 25th March 2015. I completed HR Audit of KP Ehtesab Commission and submitted the report to the Commissioners. I am having an overall experience of 37 years including HR, Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, General Administration and Monitoring. I also remained associated with United Nations Sierra Leone UNAMSIL as Air Operations Staff Officer for over 1 year. Owing to my hands on experience of working on the senior slots BPS-20 for over 10 years, my decision making, communication, interpersonal relationship skills have splendidly enhanced. I have successfully managed large teams in complex environments nationally and internationally and have proven track record as an effective Team Player. I believe in the success of team instead of the individuals by virtue of my team building role abilities. Moreover, I have completed 57 years of age in April 2016 and enjoying good health.
