Job Responsibilities: Community Mobilization, assessing gender disaggregated community needs and orientation about the project in the field. Need Assessment of beneficiaries as per organizational criteria for Multi Sectoral activities MPCA, Agri Input, Small Business, Livestock and CASH for Work. Village Committee formation with signing of MOUs, TOPs. Village Profiling and Distribution of Hygiene Dignity Kit. Beneficiaries’ identification and verification. Undertake village level planning exercises and able to identify community prioritized infrastructure requirementsClose coordination with beneficiaries for WASH, MPCA, Agri Input, Small Business and CASH for Work under the project. Daily reporting, weekly progress report, monthly Progress Report.
