Tauseef Akhlaq
I have multi disciplinary experience of more thirteen years including 07 years of USAID educational projects at national, provincial, regional and district level and 15 years experience secondary schools management and teaching school & university. Working with well renowned educational institutions and social sector development organizations has given me a chance to develop and strengthen my skills of project management, school management, planning, implementing, community development, monitoring and evaluation, training, capacity building, academic audit, leadership, decision making, and management sector of programs and expending the organizational work of Sindh and Baluchistan province. Frequent visits have always been an integral part of my job responsibilities. I have also been attached with the financial affairs and budgeting policies of the organizations. My educational qualification is M.Phil from Iqra University in ‘Education and Learning sciences’ and Masters in ‘Teacher Education’ from Aga Khan University-Institute for Educational Development AKU-IED. Currently, I have been serving as Manager – Learning for Access-national level for Sindh, Baluchistan and Punjab in Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi ITA. I had been served as Project Manager-Education in Development in Literacy in Daharcy, district Ghotki. I had served as ‘Districts Manager-Education’ in ED – LINKS projects funded by USAID for district Mirpurkhas, Sangher and Dadu. I have served as a ‘District Coordinator – Education’ District – Thatta in Aga Khan University, Institute for Education Development, ESRA Project funded by USAID. In short, I think, I have enough evidence to address twin criteria of strong educational back ground, research and publication with special reference to the data management and report writing.
