I joined HSBC Bank Middle East Limited Pakistan in January 2008 as Desktop Support Engineer, and major responsibilities were to provide hardware/software support, troubleshooting, inventory management etc. Then moved onto Meezan Bank Limited after sales of operations of HSBC Bank Middle East Limited to Meezan Bank in October 2014 as Regional IT Coordinator and major responsibilities were to provide first level support to remote sites within agreed SLA.
