Being the business graduate with specialization in human resource, the aim & objective of my life is to be an executive of a multinational organization, but unfortunately having such physical disability (An-hydrotic dermatological disorder) it’s getting hard for me to achieve my goal. Although to some extent I have achieved my goal that I have got professional degree (first step of success) from a renowned institution for which people only dream of. Completing the degree with the mentioned illness was never easy but Alhamdulillah with my parents and well-wisher’s prayers I completed both degrees. Once I have completed I was unable to attempt all the executive job opportunity as mostly multinational organizations requires physically fit employees (which apparently I am not) and in local organizations where I was able to get into through there general recruitment process, the climate/physical conditions at the work place didn’t allow me to work for a longer period as in this disease person can’t tolerate the hot climate/atmosphere. However I am very committed to my goal and want to prove my talent and worth so that I can make my parents proud of me and please Allah (SWT) Dermatological sickness/disability is the major hurdle in achieving my personal and professional career goals. Just for your information this disability has caused my immunity very weak towards resisting heat. In a climate with less than 25’ C temperature I can comfortably work and can prove my worth. I want to be an asset for any multinational organization like ordinary employees and Alhamdulillah have got the main skills to work, all I need is the conducive environment and open heart employers. In several job interviews due to physically disability I cannot get job offers that was the major discouraging and disappointing factor for me. I am very glad to know about the "recruitment / job opportunity" initiative taken by the management of your organization to help the less fortunate and to bring them in main stream business, and looking forward for an interview opportunity to explain my talent and skills in more detail. I am proud of the "Think Tank" of organization who gave such a brilliant idea to indulge the talent of our country. I am very hopeful while forwarding my resume for kind consideration, please.
