I am a Pakistani national; I have more than 11 years of working experience in the field of Humanitarian and Development sector with various organizations. Currently I am working as Regional Director with Global Welfare & Society Trust Pakistan 24-07-2019 to date. I have keen interest in Developmental programmes, Health Preventive Projects, Social Mobilization, Monitoring and Evaluation, Management, Disaster Management community development and youth development activities. Besides this I have strong working experience in office management and day to day activities. I have accomplished many projects and activities as a pioneer of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society in Gilgit Baltistan Region. My key competencies are in the diverse sectors; including Health Preventive Projects, Youth & volunteering development, Social Mobilization, Project Management, Disaster Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Project Designing, surveys, Assessment, Data Analysis, Community Based Risk Reduction, Health & Hygiene, Monitoring & evaluation, reporting, capacity building, and community mobilization in a multi-stakeholder environment. Over the above time period, I worked with local, national and International Organizations, community leaders, Government and private schools, colleges and university students for the promotion of seven fundamental principles of Red Cross and Red Crescent in hard mountainous areas of Gilgit-Baltistan. I am a team player, with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and experienced in working under difficult and challenging environment and conditions. Recognizing my extra-ordinary humanitarian service and terrific performance as Assistant Director, the Pakistan Red Crescent Society awarded me a special prize and appreciation certificate in 2013. I am fluent in speaking and writing English, Urdu, Shina and Buroshashki. I have advanced knowledge of computer usage. I have rich exposure to work as volunteer with local community works.
