• General Layout of Building, Roads, Culverts, Cause Way, Drainage System • Quantity Survey & Billing. • Preparation of the BOQs, Cost Estimates, Rate analysis, Variation Order. • Preparation of Bar Banding Schedule as per Drawing and Specifications • Site Engineer of structural, site works & Architectural works. • Self interpretative in making shop drawing for plans, elevations, sectional details and spot details etc. • Collecting the information from Contract / Tender. • Site Excavation works. • Checking the placement of steel reinforcement. • Verifying the form works. • Conducting the slump test and witnessing the concrete compressive strength tests. • Getting the timely approval of the Submitted samples of material/supplies from consultant. • Participation in pre-delivery inspection of the materials with the consultant. • Preparation & Submitting the escalation documents to the client for the approval. • Attending the progress review meetings with the client and consultant. • Specifying the monthly targets to the site engineers in accordance to the work schedule, submitted to the client. • Conduct the weekly progress review meeting with the staff, to ensure that activities are being carried out as planned. • Site monitoring on daily basis to ensure that work is being carried out as per the schedule with no compromise on quality standards desired by the client. • Conducting the pre job meeting at the site with the subcontractor, to specify their scope, material to be used and the workman ship requirement as per the specifications provided by the client/approved submittals. • Submission of work methodologies to the client for their approval. • Preparation & Verification of the subcontractor’s bills and ensuring that they are also paying to their labors. • Submission of monthly quality report as per the pattern provided by the client / Consultants. • Arranging the safety meetings at the site, ensuring that workers are equipped with mandatory safety tools, analysis of risk involved in the execution of activities and to adopt the preventive measures to avoid any unforeseen incident. • Coordination with the local community, listen to their problems and resolving the issues. • Keep the Director construction/project director up dated from the current status of the project.
