Dear Sir/Madam, I am Tamira Simone Stephens from London, England. I currently work as a Senior Support Worker for a Housing Association that provides quality housing across London with care/support services and community programmes which is designed to enable the customers to eventually live an independent life in their own property. I would make the perfect candidate for this role as Female Caregiver because I am currently working in a similar role. In my current role I problem solve on a daily basis, I support the customers to overcome challenging obstacles which has a negative effect on their mental health with and other health related issues . I am currently working closely with my customers setting up payment plans to clear outstanding rent/debts and benefit queries. I update risk assessments/support plans regularly to ensure it remains person centred and live. I support customers to health appointments, communicate daily with external agencies such as Care Coordinators, Rehabilitation Services, Police Officers, Probation Officers etc. Assisting with food shopping, cooking healthy meals, personal care and companionship. In the absence of my Team Leader I am taking on managerial administrative duties as a Senior Support Worker; my duties include completing quarterly KPI’s, Monthly Absence Returns, Ordering administrative stock for the three services, ensuring timesheets are signed and submitted monthly to payroll to ensure the staff team receive their salary. Arranging meeting via teams to discuss the services with the Area Manager ideas on how to ensure the quality running of the service. Arranging monthly team meetings and one to one supervisions with the team. I am experienced and confident in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I also have great knowledge in using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro and Final Cut Pro to edit still images and videography. I am hardworking, empathetic, and have top quality communication skills on all levels. I am a loyal individual who takes pride in everything I do ensuring that all tasks are completed to the best of my ability. I feel that my past experiences have equipped me with all of the skills needed to undertake this role, my skills are transferable which will enable me to deliver a quality service. My day is extremely hectic however I am extremely calm when under pressure and ensure all tasks are completed. Although I have a naturally bubbly personality, I remain professional within the work environment. I am a fast learner who enjoys learning new skills and I am not afraid to take advice and criticism that helps me improve.
