Job Duties:
i) Analysis new computer applications including problems definition, preparation of flow charts, out put, spacing chart and storage layout.
ii) Programming in the prescribed language for the solution of data processing problems.
iii) Developing of screen design programmes and training of key punch operator.

Qualification/Experience required:
Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s Degree or equivalent in one of the following subjects:- (i) Computer Science/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Sociology/Commerce and (ii) Two (2) years post qualification experience in programme writing and (iii) Training in Computer Programming. OR (i) Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Science/ Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Sociology/ Commerce/Physics; and (ii) Five (5) years post qualification experience of Programming in COBOL, FORTRAN and ASSEMBLER and (iii) Training in Computer Programming.
