We are looking for a Call Center Representative candidate who can accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, Cold Callings, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
Responsibilities :

* Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
* Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
* Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives
Requirements and skills :
----------------------------
* Previous experience in a customer support role.
* Track record of over-achieving targets.
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
* High school degree.
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales/call centre experience required
* Night Shift, H-13 Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs 18,000.00 - Rs 22,000.00 per month
