Grand Bocca is currently seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:
Location: Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
-Organize and administrate all project paperwork, logs and electronic information utilizing ProjectMates or approved company software.
-Expedite vendor and subcontractor procurement and delivery requirements.
-Prepare project billings and expedite collections.
-Administrate change order pricing solicitation and proposal preparation.
-Administrate project cost system information for the estimate, adjustments and forecast to complete.
-Provide all administrative support for Project Managers as assigned.
Requirements:
-General knowledge of construction processes
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. Trainable to “intermediate” level in other necessary software
-Associates degree in business or construction related field is desirable
-Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
-Positive “can do” attitude, organized, team player, “quick study” and perseverant
-Customer and relationship focused.
