We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, answering queries, providing product/service information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience for our clients.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels phone, email, chat
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and resolve complex issues
Meet personal/team targets and handle assigned customer service projects as needed
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role is preferred but not required training will be provided
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
High-speed internet connection and a reliable home working environment
Flexible availability willing to work different time zones to cater to international clients
