Customer Support Representative

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Representative in Lahore. The representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer support to our international clients, responding to their email queries, providing support in live chat and responding to inbound/outbound calls.
Qualifications
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records of customers
Location: Model Town Link Road , opposite to Amanah Mall Lahore
Shift: Night Shift 9 hours, 6 days a week
Compensation: Starting 35k starting salary upto 45k based on experience. After 3 months of probation, fuel allowance and permanent based allowance will be added
