Control Room Operator
Job Overview: Synergie Technologies is looking for a talented and motivated individual for the post of Control Room Operator in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should be IT literate and have EXCEPTIONAL English language skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests on call and emails.
• Obtain information by answering telephone calls, providing and verifying information.
• Schedule and follow up of daily rosters.
• Inform agents by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standard guidelines and following procedures.
Skills:
• Experience in Call centre job industry CSR
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English IELTS required
• IT literate
• Pressure Handler, Motivated and a problem solver
• Should be able to work in shifts Day/Night 12 hours
• Should be autonomous as well as Team player
Qualifications:
• Preferably bachelors
• IELTS
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Data entry skills
• Attention to detail

• Multi-tasking
Salary Between 40-55K PKR
