Special Pay:
Job Duties: i) To take dictation , rendering transcripts and other typing
ii) To attend telephone and keep record of trunk calls.
iii) To keep record of suspense cases, where ordered and their submission on due dates.
iv) To received and conduct visitors and to maintain officers engagement diary.
Job status: Permanent
Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are eligible
Any relaxation in Maximum age limits Plus five (5) years general relaxation in upper age limit
Min Age: 20
Max Age: 28
Qualification/Experience required: (i) Second Class or Grade‘C’ Bachelor’s degree from a University recognized by HEC. (ii) Minimum shorthand speed 100 w.p.m. and typing speed of 50 w.p.m. (iii) Must be computer literate.
