A Reputable Brand of tea Café is looking to hire a Front-end manager for its Operation.
Minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience is a must.
Accommodation will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities;
• Use of POS for Café operations.
• Prepare cash drawer/cash register and petty cash as required.
• Maintained high standards of quality control, cleanliness and safety.
• Check stock levels and order supplies as detailed by head chef.
• Weekly sale and expense analysis.
• Handle daily cash records, readings, bank deposits and bookkeeping.
• Open and close down restaurant
• Ensure the integrity of restaurant operations through excellence in customer relations.
• Training the waiter in excellent customer service.
• Payments of the Utility bills and other expenses of the Café as detailed by MD and GM.
• Maintain restaurant equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery of Food Stock from Vendors.
• Ensure that staff members are timely available for shifts.
