A US based MS Global Inc having its branch as MS Pakistan in Karachi is looking for a Customer Support Representative, who would be working closely with our Business Development Team.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible to generate leads and converting clients into passionate evangelists
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Providing clients with better assistance and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Expected to take courtesy calls, keeping check-in balance or records, and to make appointments with clients via calls or emails.
To validate and monitor the effectiveness of proposals, emails and calls.
To ensure that response to all leads is consistent and meets the standard
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Job-Time: 6pm-2am
Pay-Scale: 25,000-50,000 Plus commissions and bonuses will be provided after getting permanent
