About the Role
We are seeking a versatile Marketing & Operations Associate who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can take ownership of diverse marketing initiatives—ranging from crafting compelling content to managing campaigns and assisting company executives with day-to-day operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Marketing & Content Creation
• Write, edit, and publish marketing content for the company website, blog, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Manage and update website content using WordPress.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
• Plan, design, and execute social media campaigns across platforms LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, etc..
• Create engaging and consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results.
• Operations & Executive Support
• Provide general operational assistance to company executives and project teams as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing and administrative activities.
• Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and other executive support functions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, communications, or content management.
• Proficiency in WordPress and social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
Preferred Skills Nice to Have
• Experience with basic graphic design tools e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Figma.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices: Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
• Experience in email marketing platforms.
• Experience with any CRM tool like Hubspot.
• Any experience supporting C-level executives or small business operations.
