Maintain & Document the Eligibility, Authorization and referral Protocols for assigned clients.
Working on behalf of the patient to obtain or release authorizations.
performed daily tasks assigned on getting authorization for specialists, referral from primary care.
To maintain great coordination with front desk supervisor in regards to scheduling/re-scheduling/cancelation of appointments of patients.
Experience with cardiology and radiology practices is highly preferred.
