Requirements:

Fluency in English both spoken and written with strong communication skills.
Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi minimum 10 Mbps and a personal laptop/computer 8GB RAM, i5 processor or equivalent.
Proficiency with computers and readiness to master new tools e.g., CRM software, scheduling apps.
Proven sales experience minimum 2 years, ideally in a customer-facing or remote role.
Strong customer service and onboarding skills to support new clients effectively.
Ability to work U.S. hours, which may include evening or night shifts in India.
Self-driven and organized, with the ability to excel in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in remote sales.
Familiarity with CRM platforms e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or scheduling tools e.g., Calendly.
Additional language skills e.g., Spanish are a bonus.
