Zong 4G has started Graduate Trainee Programs 2018 on 19 April 2018. The main aim for the start of this program is that to give opportunity to fresh graduates of Pakistan to gain professional training and a chance to become the leading member of the cellular network of Pakistan.
Zong has started the inclusion of many graduate trainees from leading universities nationwide, who wanted to become future leaders in the domains of sales, engineering, marketing and information technology. Zong 4G wants to set the new high with the inclusion of raw talent with the opportunity to learn and fulfill the potential in stimulating and collaborative environment to lead digital revolution for betterment of the country.
It has started the emblem of ‘Leaders in making’ and this program got the services of the graduates through the comprehensive, rigorous and transparent assessment process. They will provide the environment to the prospect to grow and have the impact in their area of interest and Zong 4G has designed intensive advancement scheme of 18 months and it is added with classroom training, on-the-job training, mentoring, coaching and rotations across the functions in the accelerated learning environment.
Zong has developed their structured learning program, professional development process, formal training and working in cross cultural working environment, which enables them to get the dynamics of global ecosystem. When they work with the telecom industry fast tracks, they can get first-hand knowledge and training from pioneers of 4th in Pakistan.

Eligibility Criteria
The preliminary requirements of the graduates for training programs are:
• Age: 26 years max
• Education: Fresh graduates with following degrees are eligible to apply: BBA / MBA, Bachelors / Master of
engineering (Telecom, Electrical Electronics), Bachelors/Masters of Information Technology or equivalent.
• Score/CGPA: Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 70% Marks required.
• Work Experience: Not more than 01 year.
