Accounts Assistant
An exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in accountancy practice. The candidate has a great opportunity to become a key member of a growing business, supporting clients in their journey as you learn and develop yourself and your knowledge along the way. The main roles and responsibilities of the Accounts assistant are but not limited to: Accounts / Bookkeeping / VAT / Management Accounts, payroll , Bank Recs etc
This is a full time 37.5 hours, working hours between 2PM to 10PM Mon to Fri in Talagang Office.
Responsibilities
o Bookkeeping / Data Entry of sales / purchase invoices for Tax returns & accounts
o Bank reconciliations PDF to Excel Using OCR software or data entry
o Payroll
o Trial balance / tax returns / accounts
o Other administrative tasks as instructed by senior accountants
Requiremnets / Skills
o Knowledge of Microsoft office especially advanced Excel handling large volume of data
o Knowledge of accountancy upto Trial Balance
o Prioritize workloads to meet deadlines
o Team Player, Can do attitude, Excellent Communication, Confidentiality
o Ability to work under own initiative
Education Required
o Accountancy qualification ACCA / CA Inter / BCom / MCom / MBA
Experience Required
o Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Accounting is required & must have produced accounts previously
