Admin & Accounts Assistant - REMOTE

We are a small accounting practice, managing 100+ small to medium sized enterprise. We are currently seeking a an Admin & Account Assistant FEMALE ONLY to manage some several of our client accounts bookkeeping, payroll, human resource, back-office administration, in a highly client orientated, minimum supervision, remote working environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of working experience. Fluency in English is also required for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Keep track assignment deliverables, perform necessary work quality controls prior to delivery to client Requirements.
Qualification:
• Min. Diploma, in Business / Accounting / Finance related.
• Formal Accounting education is preferred.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
