N7 PVT LTD is looking for a Admin Listing Female with exceptional communication, time management and problem-solving skills to handle office duties.
Responsibilities:
Candidates should be able to assist the management of the company by handling office tasks, providing professional assistance via phone, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Keep an eye on leads.
Assigning Leads to the relevant staff without any delay
Update database
Maintain Sheets for all leads
Follow up with agents for the assigned leads
Audit of all the assigned, unassigned leads
Keeping track record of qualified, non-qualified leads
Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills.
Problem-solving skills to handle office duties
Time Management
Should always be prepared and responsive.
Excel Skills
Shift Timings: 10AM - 07PM
Location: Phase 7, Bahria Town, near clock tower.
NOTE: Please apply only if you can manage traveling to the office.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: From RS 35, 000.00 per month
