Description
Responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and staff.
Coordinates multiple projects; arrange meetings, researches agenda items, analyzes data, and compiles reports.
Provides administrative and clerical support including correspondence typing, filing, research, and various projects.
Work independently with general direction; plan, organize and prioritize work to meet schedules and time lines.
Transcribe minutes of meetings efficiently and effectively.
Maintain records, logs, files and other related information.
Understand and follow oral and written directions and communicate effectively.
Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others; demonstrate commitment to customer service.
