Job Description
Objectives of this Role
• Provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
• Maintain and refine internal processes company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
• Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
• Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional discretion.
1. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions,
procedure manuals, etc.
2. Ability to write and communicate effectively.
3. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
4. Should have good command over MS Office and ability to research effectively via internet.
