A Woven fashion and design company is seeking talented Assistant Fashion Designers for its unit in Korangi to join our team the research and production of innovative clothing lines that align with current market trends. The duties and responsibilities as Assistant Fashion Designer
• Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to lines and create new concepts
• Prepare drawings or digital renderings of outfits for approval by the client.
• Communicate with department heads to ensure that all of their demands are addressed.
• Coordinate fittings between designers and customers to guarantee satisfaction with fit, style, and fabric quality.
• Manage the management of the company’s customer database, including contact information and purchase histories.
• Create a thorough clothing budget based on client needs and the designer’s pricing list.
• Assist designers with the fabric-choosing process by supplying samples of fabrics for them to utilize in drawings.
• Manage customer information by keeping track of purchases and fashion trends to make relevant advice.
• Discuss clients’ design demands with the fashion designer to gather advice.
• Work with current and new clients on new ideas, concepts, and designs.
• Assist in building mood and trend boards for reference reasons.
• Perform detailed market trend research to determine competitive prospects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in design or fine arts, or college degree in fashion design or equivalent subject.
• 3-5 years of design experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
• Pattern and cutting knowledge Sketch and Technical skills.
• Excellent design and conceptual talents.
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Skills Mandatory
• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and vocal.
• Ability to fulfill many deadlines.
• Knowledge of Eastern and Western Styles
• Must be Familiar with customize accessories.
