"HIT" is seeking a CAD/Revit MEP Design Engineer as Trainer to work at our Head Quarter located in: H-9/4 Islamabad, Pakistan. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AUTOCAD/Revit MEP Design Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to individuals and groups, focusing on the application of Autodesks MEP Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design software, namely AUTOCAD and Revit. The role requires a strong technical background in MEP engineering and expertise in using these software tools to develop MEP design solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and empower learners to achieve their goals in the field of MEP design.

Responsibilities:
------------------

Conduct Training Sessions: Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions on AUTOCAD and Revit MEP design software to diverse audiences, including engineers, architects, and other design professionals.

Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on projects, to ensure content remains up-to-date and relevant.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and proficiency in AUTOCAD and Revit MEP features, tools, and best practices to guide trainees effectively.

Training Delivery: Present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring trainees understand and can apply the knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Hands-On Learning: Facilitate hands-on exercises and design projects, enabling trainees to gain practical experience and reinforce their learning.

Individual Support: Provide personalized assistance and feedback to participants during training sessions to address their unique learning needs and challenges.

Performance Evaluation: Assess trainees progress and performance throughout the training program through quizzes, exams, and project evaluations.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in MEP design software and industry trends to continuously improve training content and delivery.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and use it to enhance training materials, methods, and overall effectiveness of the training program.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other trainers and the training team to ensure consistency in training approaches and promote a collaborative learning environment.

Professional Development: Pursue opportunities for your own professional development to remain a subject matter expert and improve teaching techniques.


Basic Qualifications
----------------------

Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field is preferred.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Revit MEP software with hands-on experience in designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Brief Knowledge of Heating & Cooling Load calculations in HAP or any other Load calculation software is Preferred

Training Experience: Prior experience in delivering technical training or teaching is advantageous, especially in the context of MEP design software.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and engagingly.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to assist trainees in overcoming challenges during the learning process.

Adaptability: Ability to adjust training approaches to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of trainees.

Organizational Skills: Effective organization and time management skills to deliver training within defined timelines.

Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed in their professional development.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.

Certification: Autodesk Certified Professional ACP in AUTOCAD and Revit MEP is a plus.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
---------------------------------------

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality CAD and Revit drawings within specified deadlines.

Brief Knowledge of Heating & Cooling Load calculations in HAP or any other Load calculation software is Preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present design ideas, and provide technical support during construction phases.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring adherence to project requirements and company standards.
