Job Description:
Axxon BPO is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Agents to join our team on-site. As a Call Center Agent, you will engage with customers, provide excellent service, handle inquiries, and offer solutions to meet their needs. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Handle outbound/inbound calls professionally.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Intermediate Bachelors preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Ability to work on-site and in rotating shifts.
